We need approximately 10 motorcyclists to act as moto marshals for the Blood Sweat & Gears bicycle event on Saturday, June 26, 2010. Motorcyclists are needed to patrol a preassigned 10 mile section of the course. After the last rider has passed you would be dismissed. The event will begin at 8 a.m. and conclude by 4 p.m.

Your responsibility is solely for the safety of the riders. If there is an accident or illness you would either call or go for help. You may be called upon to position yourself to direct traffic around a downed rider but usually all you need to do is be a presence on the road.
